The ENVIROKIDZ program is a project of Mayor Guia G. Gomez through the CENRO.
It is a school-based organization composed public elementary school children who will be taught how to "PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE ENVIRONMENT" in the schools.
Their duties are to: Attend quarterly meetings to be conducted by CENRO,
Spread environmental awareness and learnings to families, friends and others,
Report violators of environmental laws,
Plant trees at home and at school, and
Practice segregation and recycling.
Project coordinator is Ms. Malou Olazo under the supervision of CENRO Head Dante Santiago and with the invaluable assistance of other CENRO personnel.
